    • Profile data — for candidates: profession, skills, experience, availability and CV; for companies: company name, contact person and job details.
    • Communication data — messages, applications and documents you exchange through the platform.
    • Usage data — device, browser, IP address and how you interact with our site.
    • Cookies — as described in section 09.

    • To create and manage your account.
    • To match candidates with relevant companies and job openings.
    • To enable messaging, applications, documents and payments.
    • To improve, secure and support the platform.
    • To send service updates and, with your consent, marketing.

    We process your data on the following legal bases:

    • Contract — to provide the services you sign up for.
    • Consent — for marketing and non-essential cookies (you can withdraw at any time).
    • Legitimate interests — to secure, operate and improve the platform.
    • Legal obligation — where the law requires it.

    Sharing your data

    We share your data only when necessary:

    • With companies or candidates when you apply, post or match.
    • With trusted processors (hosting, analytics, payment providers) under data-processing agreements.
    • With authorities when legally required.

    We never sell your personal data.

    Your data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). If data is ever transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

    We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data, except where retention is legally required.
